We’re working with a growing digital agency that’s looking to add a Paid Search Account Manager to their team in Manchester.
This is a great opportunity for someone with solid hands-on Paid Search experience who enjoys owning client performance, building strong relationships, and helping shape best-in-class PPC campaigns.
The role will suit someone who’s confident managing accounts independently, proactive with ideas, and comfortable working directly with clients.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing and activating Paid Search campaigns across a portfolio of clients
* Taking ownership of campaign performance, optimisation, reporting, and budgets
* Working closely with clients to ensure campaigns align with wider business objectives
* Identifying opportunities for testing, growth, and continuous improvement
* Supporting strategy development and contributing ideas to improve Paid Search capabilities
* Collaborating with wider teams to deliver integrated digital campaigns
* Supporting pitches and helping grow existing client relationships
What they’re looking for:
* 2–5+ years’ experience in Paid Search / PPC
* Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
* Good understanding of Paid Search best practices, trends, and platform updates
* Experience using Google Analytics
* Comfortable working with data, reporting, and campaign analysis
* Confident presenting to and communicating with clients
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Positive, proactive, and collaborative approach
Additional experience that would be beneficial:
* Amazon Ads
* Search Ads 360 or other enterprise PPC tools
* Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides
