Overview
Clinical Roles - ADOS Clinician – Independent Clinician Network – Canterbury. Psicon is a specialist neurodevelopmental service providing autism and ADHD assessments, working with private clients and NHS trusts. Assessments are carried out by a team of associate clinicians from a range of clinical backgrounds, in satellite clinics across the country and remotely. Psicon is committed to offering high-quality psychological support and healthcare and maintains an innovative approach to service delivery.
Job responsibilities
* Carrying out high-quality ADOS assessments, as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) for children and young people.
* Effectively communicating with neurodiverse children and young people and their families, as well as internal and external staff.
* Producing high-quality, detailed reports in a timely manner.

Person specification
* A high level of clinical skills as evidenced by peer review and ADOS reports.
* Evidence of incorporating Psicon’s core values of commitment, trust, integrity, and kindness into their work with others.
* Holds the ADOS-2 certification.
* Ideally experience across all ADOS modules including BOSSA (BOSA).
* Willingness to work flexibly across a range of clinic models, venues and days of the week.
* Good communication skills and IT literacy.
* Interest in professional advancement through participation in Psicon Reflective Practice Meetings, ADOS Q&A sessions, ADOS reliability meetings, and other CPD events.
