Description
* Support and implement H&S functions within a respected engineering business.
* Deliver H&S inductions, compliance, training, and support site audits.
* Ensure safety practices are understood and implemented on-site and in workshops.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer H&S systems and SOP training records.
* Coordinate staff and contractor inductions.
* Support workshop and site inspections.
* Assist with equipment tagging/testing.
* Arrange drug testing and health monitoring.
* Prepare documentation and maintain job folders.
* Provide chemical emergency training for staff.
About you
* Minimum 2 years experience in similar H&S roles.
* Ability to manage H&S systems and training records.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Attention to detail and practical mindset.
* Effective time management across multiple teams.
* Comfortable working in office and industrial settings.
* Genuine commitment to safety culture.
