Are you an organised, detail-driven professional with experience in maintenance systems and asset coordination? We’re looking for a Maintenance & Asset Coordinator to play a central role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of maintenance activities across our pharmaceutical manufacturing clients highly regulated site.
🔧 The Role
You’ll take ownership of the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring it remains accurate, compliant, and a reliable tool for planning and performance tracking. Acting as a key link between engineering, operations, and quality teams, you’ll help drive efficient maintenance delivery while supporting regulatory compliance.
đź“Ś Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and optimise the CMMS database, ensuring asset data and work orders are accurate and up to date
* Plan and coordinate preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance activities
* Monitor work orders, track progress, and escalate issues where needed
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align maintenance with production and compliance requirements
* Support audits and inspections through accurate documentation and reporting
* Generate insights and reports on maintenance performance, KPIs, and asset reliability
* Facilitate planning meetings and coordinate resources effectively
* Act as the go-to expert for CMMS queries, training, and system improvements
✅ What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* Experience using CMMS platforms (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM, or similar)
* Background in a regulated environment
* Strong coordination skills across engineering, operations, and quality teams
* Knowledge of maintenance strategies and asset lifecycle management
* Confident in reporting and data analysis (Excel proficiency required)
Desirable:
* Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences settings
* Understanding of GMP and regulatory compliance
* Familiarity with audits, validation processes, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Experience in maintenance planning or shutdown coordination
