Harewood Primary School is seeking a dedicated Behaviour and Inclusion Manager to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our pupils.

1. A compassionate and resilient individual with experience in behaviour, inclusion and pastoral care or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively with children, families, and professionals.
4. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
