Pay Scale: Grade I SCP 19 - 22 (£28,900 - £30,377 Actual Salary)
Contract: 37 hours per week, Term Time Only + 5 days

Harewood Primary School is seeking a dedicated Behaviour and Inclusion Manager to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our pupils.

What we are looking for:
1. A compassionate and resilient individual with experience in behaviour, inclusion and pastoral care or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively with children, families, and professionals.
4. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment. The post is subject to a successful DBS clearance (certificate of disclosure form from the Disclosure and Barring Service). Pre-employment checks including an online and social media search (KCSIE) will be undertaken before an appointment is confirmed.

The post will be based in Harewood Primary School however, the Trust reserves the right to require you to work at other schools within the Trust. As part of Lingfield Education Trust, there are exciting opportunities to work across the Trust and for career progression.
