Job Description

This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage and grow premium FMCG client accounts across a designated geographical area.


Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Collaborate with marketing and operations teams
* Execute effective sales strategies
* Engage with decision-makers at various levels
* Provide consultative sales support for our comprehensive product range
* Build long-term client relationships based on trust and reliability


Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector
* Proven track record in account management
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Demonstrated relationship-building capabilities
* Experience working with diverse stakeholders
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Pay range and compensation package

* Base Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
* OTE: £46,000


About the Role

* 80% Account Management
* 20% Business Development
