Research Project Coordinator

About the role?
* The role will be part of our Research and Guidance team based in London. As a Research Coordinator, you will be expected to learn and become an expert in our System1 tools and systems, responsible for timely & accurate delivery of data projects to ensure client expectations are met.
* Key responsibilities include:
o Partner with Sales and clients to confirm accurate project inputs, clarify requirements, and ensure all materials are received on time.
o Coordinate resources and workflows to ensure projects follow agreed processes and operational standards.
o Own end-to-end delivery of assigned research projects, collaborating closely with Project Management to keep timelines, milestones, and quality on track.
o Conduct systematic data quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reports.
o Deliver final reports on time to internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring outputs meet agreed specifications and quality standards.

You need to have the following experience:
* Strong academic qualifications, preferably in areas relevant to our business (marketing, psychology, business)
* Excellent numeracy and analytical skills demonstrated
* Fluent in English (verbal and written)
