Dependability - This is a flexible position with hours and days to suit but commitment is still priority and once a day and time has been agreed then this has to be adhered to.
Trustworthy - As a leading agency we require each applicant to show they are trusted to work in our clients homes. We ask for identification and proof of legally working in the United Kingdom. We may ask for a DBS to be carried out.
Energetic - This can be a fast paced job cleaning from one home to another. You need to be active and thorough in your cleaning ability.
Time Management - Being able to efficiently handle the days work will make a difference to standards of work. Running late or being short for time takes away from our ability to provide great customer service! Make sure you are a good timekeeper and stick to the days and times you have agreed!
Detail Focused - Did you see that cobweb in the corner? A trained eye will see each detail and ensure customer satisfaction every clean.
