Salary: £22,906 - £23,621 per annum (depending on experience)
Hourly Rate: £12.82 - £13.22
Start Date: Summer Term or Autumn Term 2025

We are excited to be opening a brand-new SEND Secondary School in the heart of Horsham, West Sussex, for students aged 11-16. Our innovative provision is designed for young people who are moving from mainstream education to benefit from smaller classes, adapted learning, and a focus on sensory and emotional wellbeing.
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join our founding team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of something new and impactful from the very beginning.
About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll be at the heart of everything we do. You'll:
* Work closely with teachers, therapists, and the SENCO to support personalised learning for each student.
* Help deliver therapeutic strategies and classroom interventions in line with our integrated therapy model.
* Build strong, supportive relationships with students, focusing on their wellbeing and development.
* Participate in enrichment activities such as outdoor learning, swimming, sports, visits, and community projects.
* Communicate regularly with parents and professionals to ensure consistent, joined-up support.
