Where Will You Be Working?
Based in West Byfleet, Surrey, or Diseworth, Derby, with opportunities to work on customer sites, we are enhancing telecom networks and leading in the delivery of our tech-enabled future. Our services cover the full network cycle for fixed, private, and mobile operators, including private 5G networks, small cells, and supporting Smart Cities & Connected infrastructure.
What Will You Be Doing?
1. Delivering the Vodafone mobile network build and upgrade programme on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
2. Managing the Vodafone programme team to ensure high performance and consistent delivery.
3. Overseeing suppliers, subcontractors, and third parties involved in the programme.
4. Programming and scheduling work efficiently, defining processes to ensure safe and effective delivery.
5. Identifying and managing programme risks, with mitigation and recovery plans.
6. Driving adherence to programme processes and managing staff resources effectively.
7. Overseeing staff development and appraisal schemes.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in a technical role within Mobile Telecoms, specifically Build (Wireless ADC).
* Excellent team player with strong communication skills and enthusiasm.
* Commitment to continuous improvement and customer service excellence.
* Problem-solving skills and self-motivation.
* Adaptability to fast-moving technical environments.
* Proven ability to manage workload and priorities under pressure.
