Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Executive based in Westhill. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing and building relationships with clients, and contributing to the clinic’s overall growth strategy. Responsibilities include conducting lead generation, developing partnerships, implementing account management strategies, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to align business goals with service delivery.

* Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure opportunities for growth
* Strong understanding of Business operations and strategic approaches to drive profitability
* Exceptional Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
* Experience in Account Management to maintain and nurture long-term client relationships
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment
* Relevant healthcare industry experience is advantageous
