Your responsibilities as HR Business Partner
* Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver the site people plan
* Lead across the full employee lifecycle including ER, engagement, recruitment and L&D
* Drive initiatives across reward, recognition, EDI and wellbeing
* Support and develop a small team of HR Advisors
* Influence decision-making and challenge where needed to improve outcomes
* Build strong stakeholder relationships to support delivery of HR strategy
