Are you ready to join the Fearless? We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Loss Prevention Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying, analysing, and helping prevent loss across the business. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for inconsistencies or risks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse data to identify trends and irregularities related to loss or shrinkage
* Prepare regular reports for senior management
* Work closely with other departments to recommend and implement preventative strategies
* Monitor systems and processes for compliance and efficiency
* Support investigations into loss incidents where required

Minimum Requirements:
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
* Strong computer literacy and familiarity with business software
* Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in retail, logistics, or security is a plus
