Collections Agent Duties & Responsibilities * Provide first-class support for inbound and outbound calls, emails, webchats, and other correspondence * Assist customers facing financial challenges, identifying fair and appropriate solutions * Adhere to company policies and guidelines * Work effectively within a busy, fast-paced team environment, consistently achieving service level KPIs and exceeding targets.
