This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills, looking to be part of a growing team within the FM industry. Key Responsibilities: Provide full administrative support to the FM contract team Manage and maintain contract compliance documentation Process and manage invoices and purchase orders Support internal teams with reporting and data entry Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth contract delivery Assist with meeting scheduling, minutes, and general office coordination Requirements: Previous administration experience, ideally within facilities or building services Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Confident in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proactive and professional approach to customer and team support Why Apply?
