What the Role Involves:
* Delivering pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4 in the absence of teaching staff
* Managing behaviour and maintaining a positive classroom environment
* Supporting students with their learning and wellbeing throughout the school day
* Collaborating with teachers and staff to ensure consistency and progress
* Gaining first-hand experience in a secondary school setting
We're Looking For People Who:
* Have experience working with young people (in education, coaching, youth work, or similar)
* Are confident managing a classroom and promoting engagement
* Can communicate clearly and adapt to different situations
* Are reliable, proactive, and committed to helping students succeed
* Are considering a career in teaching or education
