At i247 Group, we’re focused on keeping vehicles and drivers on the road for longer. We’re now looking for an experienced Operations Director to lead our operational strategy and drive performance across the business.

This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring our services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in line with our wider business goals.

The Role

As Operations Director, you’ll lead and develop our operational teams, driving performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all areas of service delivery.

You’ll play a central role in shaping and executing operational strategy, ensuring we deliver high-quality, reliable services while improving customer outcomes and supporting sustainable growth.

Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll translate strategy into action—making sure the right processes, people, and resources are in place to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the overall operations strategy aligned to business objectives
• Lead and mentor teams across service delivery, engagement, and support functions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability
• Translate strategic goals into clear, actionable operational plans
• Monitor and report on KPIs and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and quality standards
• Manage budgets and resource allocation to support business priorities
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance
