Description
* Process monthly payrolls using BrightPay for 4 companies
* Process HMRC and Nest payments
* Invoicing councils for care fees
* Intercompany invoicing between sister companies
* Keeping track on payments coming in and going out (process remittances and update Monday Board and Client Index
* Keeping all paperwork, files and computer organised
* Carry out tasks asked by the Finance Manager /Director
* Support Site managers with HB and DHP applications
Profile
A successful Junior Finance Officer should have:
* A background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
* An understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
