TASKS: TheEngine Mechanicis responsible for: Maintain, service and repair of engines (professionally and on time) within the scope of the qual. / auth. provided for this purpose (hands-on mechanical tasks) in shop aswell as on wing and on-site Perform Troubleshooting Disassemble & Assemble engines Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required duties Diagnoses problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments Detects errors and correct through proper departmental changes Complies with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements * All other duties as assigned or required Our Purpose - We connect people, cultures, and economies in a sustainable way. The idealEngine Mechanicshould meet the following requirements: High school diploma/GED required Bachelor's degree desirable College degree/vocational training required Min. 1 year of experience in aircraft jet engine mechanic required Fluency in English language required German and French language desirable Knowledge in CFM 56-7B, LEAP-1B desirable MS Office as user Excellent detail oriented Excellent quality consciousness Excellent productivity driven Excellent safety and security Shift work / overtime Manage constant time pressure Manage high stress levels Lift up to 70 lbs Noise pollution Willingness to travel Must possess a legal work permit in Canada * CV/Resume required.
