As a key member of the Information Governance team, the successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting safe, ethical, and compliant use of data across the business. This is a significant opportunity for an experienced professional to influence national direction, strengthen organisational governance. Essential Skills & Experience: Provide independent, expert advice on UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and wider information governance legislation. Offer strategic challenge and assurance on data protection risks, digital programmes, and major transformation initiatives. Strengthen Board-level decision-making by ensuring data ethics, transparency, and public trust remain central to organisational priorities. Support oversight of information-sharing, security governance, and data-driven service development.
