Qualifications:
* Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Massachusetts
* Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
* Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-8 students
* Strong assessment and intervention skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
* Familiarity with IEPs and the special education process
Location:
* Dorchester Center, MA - 2 school sites
Responsibilities:
* Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
* Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student
* Provide direct therapy services in a one-on-one and group setting
* Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student goals
* Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed
* Maintain accurate documentation and records of therapy sessions and outcomes
