Role Description
The Sales Administrator is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Glossop. The individual will be responsible for supporting the sales team in a fast‑paced office environment through tasks such as order processing, handling customer inquiries, preparing sales documents, and maintaining accurate sales records. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with team members to improve customer service, coordinating schedules, and assisting with day‑to‑day administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
* Experience in Customer Service and strong Communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
* Proficiency in Order Processing and Sales to assist with managing orders and supporting sales team efforts effectively.
* Strong Administrative Assistance skills, including attention to detail, organization, and record‑keeping.
* Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems, is an advantage.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate with cross‑functional departments.
* Prior experience in a similar sales support or administrative role is beneficial.
