Drivers Mate Night Shifts (Worcester)

Coats Recruitment are supporting our logistics client in Worcester with Drivers Mate opportunities on their night shift team.
Shift: 7pm 7am
Days: Across the week, including some weekend nights
As a Drivers Mate, youll work alongside the driver to complete store deliveries. This role involves handball and keeping deliveries moving smoothly and safely. If you return from runs early, youll support the warehouse team.
What youll be doing:
Assisting the driver with store deliveries
Handballing goods on and off the vehicle
Supporting warehouse tasks when required
Working as part of a team to ensure route completion and excellent service
What were looking for:
Drivers mate experience preferred (but not essential if youve done hands-on work before)
Reliable, physically fit, and happy with manual work
Great attitude and willingness to get stuck in
