Join to apply for the Supervisor (Full-Time) role at Pandora.
We are looking to cover 40 hours per week on a Fixed-Term Contract – 12 months. The role includes competitive pay with a monthly bonus scheme and benefits. The rate of pay is £13.86 per hour.
Responsibilities
* Sales floor: Hold daily team briefs, share store KPIs, motivate the team to beat targets, drive exceptional service, perform store walks, monitor sales performance, and address escalated complaints professionally.
* Personal sales: Build strong customer relationships, provide exemplary service, use product knowledge to create memorable experiences, and drive sales targets through selling skills, including up-selling and productivity.
* Store operations: Act as key holder, manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling and till reconciliation, assist with recruitment and investigations if required, manage deliveries, and follow security procedures.

Our supervisors are ambassadors of the Pandora brand. The ideal candidate is a highly capable, passionate team player who can support their team to deliver an unforgettable in-store experience. Prior experience with a leading brand or desirable consumer product retailing is preferred; senior sales assistants or current supervisors are encouraged to apply.
