**INTERNAL APPLICATIONS**
We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our Academic Section as Head of Student Progress and Compliance. This senior role offers the opportunity to shape the future of student services, safeguard compliance, and drive innovation across the University.
As Head of Student Progress and Compliance, you will:
1. Lead and manage the Student Progress and International Services teams, guiding them through structural change.
2. Safeguard immigration compliance, supporting the Academic Registrar in fulfilling the University’s sponsor licence obligations.
3. Oversee and improve policies, processes, and procedures to meet requirements from external bodies.
4. Handle complex student casework with professionalism and discretion.
We’re looking for someone with:
5. A proven track record in senior leadership and management within higher education.
6. Excellent knowledge of UK Higher Education immigration compliance requirements, student administration, and policy issues.
7. Experience in student admissions processes within the context of UKVI compliance.
