Ketra Logistics a premium pallet delivery company operating across East London, known for delivering outstanding, proactive customer care. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our thriving team.

As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will:
* Monitor all customer deliveries to ensure they are delivered on time and in full
* Liaise with depots to follow up on delayed deliveries
* Proactively keep customers informed of any delays in a professional and courteous manner
* Manage requests from both customers and depots, ensuring issues are resolved promptly
* Use the Palletways portal to track consignments and maintain service levels
* Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally
* Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience
* Support management with additional projects and higher-level tasks when required
* Respond to emails and correspondence in a clear and professional manner
* Prioritise workload effectively and demonstrate flexibility in a busy environment
We're looking for someone who has:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A customer-first mindset with the ability to build positive relationships
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
* Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy, particularly with data entry
* The ability to analyse customer needs and provide effective solutions
* Previous experience in the transport or logistics industry (preferred but not essential)
Experience
* 2 years Customer services experience
* Experience in logistics or transportation industry preferred
Must live in East London, will not consider out of area applications

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
