A well-known council based in London is looking to recruit a Service Designer to support a large transformation programme.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Service Designer, ideally with an understanding of user journeys within a council environment.
Working with the Lead Service Designer, you will conduct research and analysis to understand complex journeys and touchpoints affecting the experience of users and residents. Collaborating with the wider team across product, delivery, and UX, you will be responsible for co-designing services that enable users across multiple areas.
You will liaise daily with different stakeholders, so excellent communication skills at all organizational levels are essential. You should be able to articulate the vision clearly and translate it into actionable plans.
