Role Focus

Responsibilities

* Influence project allocation, balancing team strengths and project demands to ensure timely and successful project completions.

Qualifications
* A minimum of 1 year in a leadership position such as Team Lead or Lead Engineer, with a demonstrated track record of managing teams and projects.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
* Strong technical background in design engineering with the ability to oversee complex projects.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for nurturing team growth and development.
