We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our market leading Teddington office.

This is an opportunity to join a well established office with a strong reputation, consistent pipeline of business and a team focused on delivering great results for our clients.
We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, winning instructions and seeing deals through from first viewing to completion. The right person will play an important role in helping drive the continued success and growth of the office.
Key responsibilities
* Generating and conducting property viewings
* Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
* Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors
* Supporting valuations and helping convert new instructions
* Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
* Contributing to the performance and growth of the office
The ideal candidate
* Experience within residential estate agency
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Confident working in a fast paced and target driven environment
* Excellent customer service and relationship building ability
* Driven, proactive and motivated to succeed
* Full UK driving licence
