1. Command, develop, lead and inspire York Detachment staff, OCdt Pl Comds and JUOs.
2. Assist XO to plan and execute the training programme, in accordance with the Modular process and CO's annual Training Directive.
3. Provide support and guidance to the OTC Comd Gp on training and administrative matters.
4. Command Admin Wing and deliver effective admin for Unit.
5. Support the CO, Adjt and QM in all aspects of trg enablement delivery across the Unit.
6. Other duties as directed by the CO
