CSCS card essential
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification (desirable)
Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator
Strong skills in all decorating techniques, including gloss, emulsion, and prep work
Comprehensive painting toolkit (brushes, rollers, scuttles, extensions, scrapers, whites/overalls)
Reliability and a professional attitude
Ability to work to deadlines and specifications
