The role — what you’ll do
* Lead our guest experience function, managing reservations, bookings and the door host team.
* Be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their journey is seamless from booking to arrival.
* Handle enquiries, group bookings and VIP reservations with efficiency, warmth and precision.
* Maximise revenue through proactive booking management, upselling opportunities and business development.
* Create and maintain strong relationships with regulars, partners and key contacts.
* Train, support and manage the guest experience team to deliver exceptional hospitality at the door.
* Work closely with the management team to refine guest experience processes and implement service innovations.
What you bring
* Significant experience in reservations management, guest relations or front-of-house leadership in a premium hospitality setting.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills with fluency in reservations systems and booking platforms.
* A commercial mindset with proven ability to drive bookings, sales and guest retention.
* Exceptional communication skills and confidence in managing VIP and high-profile guests.
* Leadership qualities with experience in managing and developing a team.
* A passion for creating memorable guest experiences in a high-energy, luxury environment.
