Social-First Creative (Sport / Influencer)
📍 Central London (Ideally Office-Based)
đź’° ÂŁ55,000 per annum + Wellbeing Scheme
We're partnering with one of the UK’s most exciting creative shops — a new-generation agency redefining how brands show up in sport, social, and the creator economy. This isn’t about traditional media or legacy campaigns — it’s about building content and culture that lands natively on social, thrives in community spaces, and gets shared before it gets scheduled.
Right now, they’re looking for a Social-First Creative who can shape breakthrough work in sport, talent, and digital culture — someone equally at home dreaming up big ideas for major campaigns as they are crafting tight, smart, everyday content that performs in-feed.
What You'll Be Doing
This role sits at the beating heart of the agency’s creative team — one that lives and breathes non-traditional media, moves at the speed of social, and is built around how fans actually consume sport content today.
You’ll be:
* Conceiving and pitching ideas that live on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond — not billboards or TVCs.
* Creating content that puts talent and creators front and centre — whether it’s Premier League fan-pundits, rising YouTubers, or culturally connected micro-creators.
* Moving fluidly between big, headline-grabbing creative platforms and fast, reactive, always-on comms that keep brands front of mind in the culture.
* Helping brands engage the new wave of football fans — not just matchday loyalists, but meme-page followers, FPL obsessives, FIFA streamers, and Gen Z fans who follow the drama as much as the sport.
* Working closely with account and production teams to shape and execute ideas from deck to delivery.
* Playing a role in shaping the creative culture of a growing agency – your ideas, instincts, and POV will help define what this place becomes.
What They're Looking For
* A portfolio that shows platform-native, talent-led creative — especially in sport, entertainment or youth culture.
* Deep understanding of UK football culture and how it’s evolved: from Super Sunday to Soccer AM to Twitch streamers and TikTok pundits.
* A sharp sense of how creators and influencers shape sport narratives today, and how brands can engage them authentically.
* Confidence working across both ends of the creative spectrum — from audacious big ideas to hardworking, high-frequency social content.
* Great instincts for what’s relevant now — and what’s coming next — across sport, creators, and culture.
* Strong team player who’s comfortable presenting to clients, collaborating with creators, and moving fast.
This is a unique opportunity to build alongside a team that's hungry to do things differently — and where sport, storytelling and creator culture are the driving forces behind the work.
