Temporary Client Care Administrator


Location: Hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote) - Kingston
Hours: Full-time or part time option available 9:00am - 5:30 pm (1-hour lunch)
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Contract Length: 2 months with possible extension


Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Be Doing:



* Client Support: Assist clients with travel-related queries and bookings, ensuring every interaction is positive and helpful.

* Problem Solver: Manage and resolve issues efficiently and professionally, turning challenges into solutions.

* Tech Savvy: Utilise Amadeus and GDS Expert systems to handle travel arrangements seamlessly.

* Team Player: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless service and ensure client satisfaction.



What they are Looking For:



* Experience: Previous flight experience using Amadeus and GDS Expert is essential.

* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with clients effectively.

* Problem-Solving Ability: A proactive approach to tackling challenges in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

* Availability: Commitment to a full-time, 2-month contract with an immediate start preferred.
