Responsibilities
* Support direct customers and resellers across mobile, fixed line, and data services.
* Respond to queries via email and telephone, covering everything from billing to technical support.
* Build strong relationships with partners and deliver exceptional service.
* Troubleshoot issues and strive for first-time resolution.
* Manage orders, faults, billing queries, and hardware requests.
* Update internal systems and oversee automation processes.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* A positive, can-do attitude that shines through every interaction.
* Confidence in handling both inbound and outbound calls.
* Ability to work efficiently, take ownership, and follow through on tasks.
* Previous experience in telecoms is helpful, but not essential.
