Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site Sales Professional role based in Grays. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying their requirements and recommending appropriate products and solutions. Daily tasks include generating sales leads, maintaining customer accounts, preparing sales presentations, and working closely with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries. Providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
* Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills
* Excellent sales and negotiation abilities
* Knowledge of tools, PPE, workwear and related industrial/construction supplies
* Effective communication and presentation skills
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales/office tools
* Self‑motivation, teamwork and goal‑oriented mindset
* Relevant sales or account management experience within the industrial or construction sector
* Valid driver’s licence and ability to commute to the Grays location
