TSA Surveying is working in partnership with a Building Consultancy who are currently seeking Surveyors to carry out Stock Condition Surveys and RdSAP Assessments in London.
Key Details
* Outside IR35 role
* Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats, Blocks
* Over 500 properties to be surveyed
* Properties located in/around the London (Merton, Kingston and Sutton)
* ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority for the odd door knocking properties but majority of appointments are booked.
* Must be a QUALIFIED DEA - ELMHURST/ECMK
* 6 MONTH CONTRACT
* The ideal candidate will have experience in Domestic Energy to carry out RdSAP Assessments
