* A Chef Manager with good experience in fresh food operations.
* A chef manager who has their finger on the pulse and is in touch with current food trends.
* Good financial acumen and the ability to manage and control food costs.
* A Self-starter and forward-thinking chef manager who leads from the front
* Computer literate and can liaise with clients
