Job Title: CNC Programmer / Operator
Hours: Mon-Thu 07:20 - 16:00; Fri 07:20 - 13:30.
Overtime: May be required in line with business needs.
Salary: Up to £41,000 - £43,000 per annum, DOE
Location: Flintshire, North Wales
Role Summary
You will be responsible for programming and operating HAAS CNC mills and lathes using ONE CNC CAD/CAM software, as well as operating an XYZ 3‑axis mill. The role also includes manual machining and toolmaker-type work on conventional machines.
Main Duties
* Program and operate HAAS CNC mills and lathes using ONECNC CAD/CAM.
* Set and operate an XYZ 3‑axis mill.
* Use manual machines (mills, lathes, grinders); toolmaker experience preferred.
* Work to engineering drawings and tight tolerances.
* Inspect parts using standard measuring equipment.
Requirements
* Proven CNC programming and operating experience.
* ONECNC CAD/CAM experience (essential).
* Experience with HAAS machines and XYZ 3‑axis milling (desirable).
* Able to use manual machinery.
* Right to work in the UK.
