What you’ll be doing
1. Work with and proactively drive account teams (field and inside sales) to create demand.
2. Work with the account teams and lead on understanding, qualifying and developing opportunities using the Corporate Visions techniques and maintaining Salesforce accuracy.
3. Proactively develop sales campaign plans, with the Account Manager/Directors for each customer, ensuring each member of the sales opportunity team understands their role and responsibility and delivers to it.
4. Widen and deepen opportunities as appropriate to maximise the value of the opportunity for BT Global
5. Develop excellent internal and customer relationships necessary to execute individually owned sales plans.
6. Understand the customer’s strategy and priorities and be the leading expert in the execution of BT pricing, design and ordering processes, ensuring full compliance and delivering technically
7. Understand the decision-making criteria of the client and BT and ensure BT’s proposal fits both.

What we'd like to see on your CV
13. Leading a virtual team using a high degree of product and market expertise.
14. Good communication and teamwork with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders including customers, specialists, account managers and portfolio managers.
15. Management of Stakeholder groups such as Global Vertical account team. Vertical Senior Sale Specialists, Portfolio Lead (for relevant Portfolio), customers and vertical account managers / sub vertical leader.
16. Proven track record of sales experience.
