What You'll Be Doing

* Build rapport with customers by offering honest advice, exceeding expectations, and assisting them in making informed choices.

* Proven experience in leading a small team.
* Managerial experience in retail or field sales, preferably in a hard goods environment.
* Track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.

* Strong skills in accuracy, numeracy, and basic computer literacy.
