Responsibilities:
* Support the growth and management of the existing team.
* Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships.
* Assist the Building & Project Consultancy team with day-to-day project delivery.
* Conduct building surveys and site inspections.
* Prepare Schedules of Condition, Technical Due Diligence Reports, defect surveys, and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
* Draft Schedules of Work and Specifications for maintenance, construction, and development projects.
* Provide contract administration services.
* Monitor project budgets and funding.
* Collaborate effectively with clients and external consultant teams.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong report writing and specification preparation abilities.
