We're looking for a new Content Executive to join our Marketing team based in Loudwater, Buckinghamshire. In this role, you will lead all product content production for Frames and Furniture. The assets you deliver will inspire, support and convert customers with confidence. You'll build relationships with our supplier partners to identify product stories that will inform and engage our audiences, enhancing the shopping journey pre and post-purchase.
Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end production of video and image assets.
* Develop and deliver impactful creative assets that inspire, engage, and convert customers, enriching our online and in-store experience.
* Create content tailored to platform and customer journey needs to deadline and on budget.
* Collaborate with product, eCommerce, and marketing teams to align output with business goals.
* Support supplier collaborations and exclusive range launches with compelling content to fulfil contractual obligations and maximise ROI.
* Generate new ideas and develop content for all brands and labels, from product detail pages (PDP) to buying guides and inspirational material.
* Manage agency relationships to ensure quality and efficiency through thorough briefing, providing feedback, monitoring KPIs, negotiating and approving costs.
* Uphold brand, campaign, and tone-of-voice consistency across all creative outputs.
* Oversee marketing budget accuracy, including PO management and spend tracking.
* Co‑ordinate and attend shoots as required.
Qualifications
* Proven experience working in a fast‑paced retail or agency environment delivering assets on brief, on time and in budget.
* Team player with strong collaboration skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Creative.
* Experience in stakeholder management and ability to build strong relationships with confidence to provide constructive feedback.
* Structured and organised - good project management skills with the ability to prioritise and influence others to see a project through to completion.
* Positive, can‑do attitude, self‑motivated, with strong attention to detail and adaptability to changing workloads and priorities.
