Role: Account Executive – UK
We are looking for an energetic and results‑driven Account Executive to build a high‑performing inbound sales team in the UK over the next 6‑12 months.
Mission & Outcomes
Lead by example to create a scalable inbound sales team and achieve:
* Convert inbound leads into new business, improving lead‑to‑conversion ratios.
* Become a specialist in Sleek’s market and offerings, adding value to every lead.
* Provide a professional and delightful prospect experience to grow word‑of‑mouth and brand value in the UK.
* Collaborate with other UK inbound reps, sharing feedback and tactics.
* Maintain a clear and tidy opportunity pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
* Monthly identify and communicate upsell opportunities to the UK Country Manager, Head of Sales, and CRO.
* Share learnings with inbound teams in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia.
Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle for inbound prospects, build and nurture relationships, and drive pipeline growth while collaborating with regional teams.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of inbound sales experience in the UK with a proven record of consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
* Recent experience in B2B or SaaS B2B SaaS sales, ideally similar to Sleek’s UK offering.
* At least 18 months of tenure in each of the last two roles.
* Native English proficiency and located within an hour’s travel of London or Leeds (to attend office weekly).
