We're looking for a Senior Digital Construction Manager to join our Construction team based in our North West Construction business. Join our digital construction team and help shape how we deliver projects using innovative technologies and collaborative approaches. As a Senior Digital Construction Manager, you'll support our project teams across the region, ensuring we use the right digital tools and methods to deliver exceptional results for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a growing team of over 30 industry professionals who are passionate about transforming construction through digital innovation.
What will you be responsible for?
* Supporting project teams to implement digital strategies and ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards and client requirements.
* Overseeing information management processes and the use of common data environments across multiple projects.
* Collaborating with bid teams to respond to tender requirements and demonstrate our digital capabilities to clients.
* Mentoring and coaching team members, helping them develop their skills and confidence in digital construction.
* Building strong relationships with clients, supply chain partners, and internal stakeholders to promote best practice.
What are we looking for?
* Strong communicator who enjoys building positive working relationships and supporting others to succeed.
* Excellent understanding of ISO 19650 and experience implementing information management processes on construction projects.
* Enthusiastic about using new technologies to improve traditional ways of working and enjoy sharing ideas.
* Capable of coordinating own workload effectively whilst supporting and mentoring team members.
* Resilient, positive, and keen to drive improvements through collaboration and innovation.
