What will your role look like?
Provide a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and efficient service personifying the brand
Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified and fully managed in a timely and professional manner to achieve the highest level of satisfaction
Arrange service department appointments efficiently to maximise workshop usage according to dealer guidelines
Address inquiries about service outcomes and manage vehicle drop-off and pick-up
Provide customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings, and the benefits of trading in versus fixing their vehicle
Conduct follow-ups to maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring repeat business
Collaborate closely with other departments, such as accounts and sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to post-sale support
Meet and exceed targets and quotas set by the dealership, contributing to overall business growth and profitability
Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Ensure full compliance with warranty policies and procedures
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills, product knowledge, and customer service techniques
