The role offers hybrid working with a requirement to be on site in the business 4 days a week. You will be providing proactive HR expertise to enable the business to make commercial decisions and delivering solutions that align with business objectives, and which foster a high-performance culture. You should be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of employment law and best practice; have experience of managing change, driving performance and continuous improvement; and possess excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
