We are looking for experienced senior nurses to become part of our clinical team at one of our luxury homes, Wellington Grange in Chichester, West Sussex.
Position Details
* 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends (paid breaks included).
* Competitive pay from £26.57 to £27.46 per hour.
* Additional hours/overtime opportunities available.

Role Responsibilities
* Lead shifts and coordinate duties among nurses and care staff.
* Build lasting relationships with residents to enhance their health and wellbeing.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, with 24/7 on-call support from clinical and quality experts.
* Support and mentor junior staff and student nurses.
Candidate Profile
* Excellent clinical knowledge and sound judgment.
* Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
* Experience in wound management, nutrition, tissue viability, and end-of-life care.
* Ability to lead by example and promote best practices.
