£12.30ph, Harrogate, free on-site parking, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, modern bright offices.

Come and work for us! We have a varied and interesting Receptionist role we are looking to recruit on a temporary basis. However, for the right person, there may be an opportunity for this role to progress into a permanent Reception and Office Assistant position.
You will be the face and voice of the company, as you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and incoming calls. Training will be provided, but we are looking for someone who is friendly, confident on a computer, and keen to be part of a busy office team.
Temporary Receptionist Responsibilities will include:
* Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the site
* Answering all incoming calls and transferring calls through the switchboard
* Ensuring all visitors sign in & follow health and safety procedures
* Managing the company car park barrier and completing visitor checks
* Arranging booking and setting up meeting rooms
* Providing refreshments for visitors
* Ensuring the entrance area is tidy and welcoming at all times
* Setting up and adhering to all company compliance and GDPR policies and procedures
* Using discretion when dealing with confidential information
Requirements for this Temporary Receptionist role:
* Good level of English and maths, GCSE or equivalent
* Good IT skills and competence with Microsoft Office & Teams
* Professional and friendly telephone manner
* Excellent customer service skills
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Previous experience in a front of house reception position
* Able to multi-task
This is a full-time office-based role, working 40 hours per week alongside a friendly team.
This Temporary Receptionist role would suit someone who has worked as a receptionist, secretary, front of house host, or similar, or has experience in hospitality or retail with excellent customer service skills.
