Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver training for kitchen brigade.
As Head Chef you are tasked with motivating and encouraging your team.
Lead menu planning, seasonal updates and product innovation across all outlets.
Meet full specification, of dishes, costings and brand presentation standards ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Ensure systems, policies and procedures will be customer focussed and health & safety compliant.
Regular updates to senior management and ownership of P&L accounts and budgets.
Foster an environment of continuous departmental improvement and motivation
What we need from you:
Experience in a high-volume hotel or restaurant as a Head Chef.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Demonstrate proven ability to manage a kitchen and motivate a team.
Clearly show evidence of your experience of managing profit and loss and how to continually improve the business working alongside senior managers.
Bring a culture to the kitchen that is inclusive, hardworking and respectful.
